feat(vidstack): redesign default layout settings menu

Changes

• Remove the Playback parent submenu and loop checkbox
• Add top-level Speed submenu with slider
• Add top-level Quality submenu with radio group (includes Auto option)
• Show current audio track label as hint on the Audio menu button
• Update icons: odometer for speed, settings-menu for quality
