• Adopt Traverse apps/{android-demo,browser-consumer,macos-demo,react-demo,youaskm3-starter-kit} as canonical homes under apps/
• Add shared fixtures/expedition-runtime-session.json and offline CI smokes; live adapter smokes require TRAVERSE_REPO
• Document ownership in docs/adopted-platform-clients.md and rewrite demos/starter docs to public Traverse URLs (no private runtime imports)
