Merge current progress made by @dahall

PR Note:

• This commit finalizes the baseline layout for Vanara Jñāna.
• The main branch will remain unchanged from this point onward to preserve the stable release candidate.
• Subsequent development will continue in dedicated feature branches for each page (NuGets, GitHub, Samples, Assemblies, Utilities, Settings).
• This structure allows modular integration and gives @dahall flexibility to connect the project as he sees fit.

@dahall This commit lacks of proper navigation. See lines 40-41 in ShellPage.xaml.cs:
