Status update — this PR is still blocked, and cannot self-heal yet.

Why it fails: it bumps typescript 6.0.3 → 7.0.2, but ts-jest@29.4.12 declares peer typescript@">=4.3 <7". npm ci fails with ERESOLVE (Conflicting peer dependency: typescript@6.0.3), which takes down Static Analysis, Docker, and all 6 test shards. CLAUDE.md also pins the stack to TypeScript ~6.0.

What changed: #1927 (merged to beta) added a Dependabot ignore rule for typescript majors, so future dev-dependency groups will exclude the TS 7 bump and the other 18 updates can flow normally.

Caveat: Dependabot reads its config from the default branch, so that ignore rule only takes effect once beta is promoted to main — the same caveat as the existing @babel/* holds. Until then this PR will keep failing on rebase.

Recommended: leave it open and let Dependabot regenerate it after the next promotion, or close it and let the Monday schedule open a fresh one. Either way, no dev-dependency updates are lost.
