变更

将 upstream 从 03baa0136e56e0f2e21402cf6db3fba6b1a7097a 更新到 0d7432a68a46e48ad6a4d27dfbd9e6622ca99bce。

此次更新包含 upstream 已合入的 router SSH key 持久化、Orca 维护更新，以及 Improve executor 网络修复。后者为 standard、Spark 和 Deep executor 启用 sandbox_workspace_write.network_access，同时保持普通 Codex、scout 和两个只读 reviewer 的网络边界不变。

验证

• flake.lock 只更新 upstream input
• host 116 上 ysun、zky、wangrongfeng 的 standard executor profile 均渲染 network_access = true
• ysun 的 Spark 和 Deep executor profile 均渲染 network_access = true
• correctness 与 elegance reviewer profile 仍为 read-only，且没有网络 stanza
• git diff --check 通过

合入后由本机运维用户运行 maint-switch --no-pull，再使用真实 executor 请求 USTC，并核对 YToo/Mihomo 的 DIRECT 路由。
