Bump java_core_ver to pick up Java SDK core-api changes that skip sending ODP identify events when fewer than 2 valid identifiers exist. Version marked with --NEED-UPDATE suffix since Java core changes are not yet released.
The Android SDK inherits the ODP identify fix from java-sdk core-api. No version bump needed until the Java SDK is released with the fix. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
Bumps java_core_ver to pick up Java SDK core-api changes that fix the ODP identify event to only send when multiple valid identifiers exist. The core logic change lives in the Java SDK's core-api module, which Android inherits automatically.
