- Improved Catalog frontend performance from 35 to 95 Lighthouse Performance by implementing server-side rendering and frontend performance optimizations.
- Led Catalog's accessibility initiative, delivering a WCAG-compliant user experience.
- Designed and built the Curriculum Requisite System.
- Built OAuth 2.0 Authorization Server enabling customers to securely connect Coursedog's MCP using their own credentials instead of shared service accounts.
- Led the engineering foundation for a self-service CSV import platform, reducing manual CSV parsing and engineering effort by 80%+.
- Led the migration from a costly custom PDF generation solution to DocRaptor, significantly reducing infrastructure costs.
- Took the Catalog product from an idea to a standalone monetizable product.
- Built multiple MVPs that evolved into core Coursedog products, including primary offerings like Curriculum platform.
- Founding engineer on the Scheduling product, helping grow it into one of Coursedog's flagship offerings.
