Add shared Line 6 device primitives and move Helix handling under the new Line 6 namespace so Helix and Pod Go can reuse file operations, MIDI steering, naming, routing, and normalization plumbing. Implement Pod Go .pgp/.pgs parsing, measurement/stage conversion, gain adjustment, preset/setlist split/join, diffing, and profile defaults. Update GUI file filters, loading/status behavior, docs, packaging metadata, fixtures, and tests for the multi-device flow.
