Checks Nixpkgs update by comparing local and remote nixpkgs hash

• pkill & kill -> cancel running job
• home-manager -> check home manager generations (optional)
• du -> check nix store size

• cat, echo, cut, tail, grep, awk -> string manipulation stuff
• read -> add "Press enter to exit"
