Adds IPv6 resolvers to the default bootstrap_dns lists in the sample UCI config, so deployments that enable IPv6-only resolver mode have appropriate bootstrap targets available.
Changes:
- Extended Cloudflare bootstrap DNS list with IPv6 addresses.
- Extended Google bootstrap DNS list with IPv6 addresses.
