Five content updates to the CSI hub:

1. 🎥 CSI Dev Days recordings — Added a highlighted callout linking to the recordings playlist (aka.ms/CSIDevDaysRecordings).
2. 📅 Upcoming webinars — Added "Next sessions" sub-list with CSI Dev Days! This repo is missing important files #2 (June 18) and Initial scaffold: GitHub @ CSI public hub #3 (July 2) and their Teams registration links.
3. 📝 Volaris Migrate to GitHub CTA — Added a featured signup form blockquote in the Migrations section to motivate BUs to engage.
4. ✅ Prioritized GitHub support — Added a "Two benefits of the Azure-billed path" callout in CSI Pricing: 35% discount + prioritized GitHub support routed through the GitHub @ CSI team.
5. 📧 Contact email update — Replaced all 6 occurrences of githubConstellationSoftwareInc@microsoft.com with DevsAtCSI@microsoft.com across 3 files.
