OASv2 scaffolding is removed on httpx branch; drift detection between v2/v3 generators is no longer needed. The workflow was also failing due to a template/generator mismatch (2-tuple vs 3-tuple assert_blocks). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
