This PR make sure that chainweb still compiles in non-frozen dependencies mode:
SemiAlign since version 1.4 makes mandatory for objects to be an instance of Unzip: (https://hackage.haskell.org/package/semialign-1.4/changelog)
validation used by wai-middleware-validation changed many things.. and prevented compilation. For security I bound it to version 1.1.x (kda-community/wai-middleware-validation@65ea176)
I finally regenerated the freeze file
