Merge the ingestion delta spec (slug-collision disambiguation, the provenance-aware re-ingest idempotency contract, the durable audit log, and the resolvable-disambiguated-concepts guarantee) into the main specs tree and move the change folder to the archive. Closes the SDD cycle for #131.
