…glish Convert command descriptions from Finglish (Persian using Latin script) to standard, grammatically correct English. Example of change: - Before: "git init >> mishe sakhtan git baray oon folder." - After: "git init → Creates a Git repository in that folder." All command syntax remains unchanged. Technical accuracy and original examples (GPG, bisect, blame, etc.) are preserved. Closes jadijadi#1311
