Updates all example app manifests and regenerated lockfiles to current stable dependency resolutions, including @hotsock/hotsock-js 1.4.0 and React 19.2.7. Keeps ESLint on the compatible 9.x range while refreshing transitive dev tooling through npm install. Verified the example Vite builds pass and the hotsock-js buffer externalization warning is gone.
