Fix Cloud VM setup doc snippets

Summary

Fix two small issues in the Cloud VM setup guide:

• close the missing quote in the GPU mask_type = "full" example
• correct E,g, to E.g., in the storage bucket location example

The missing quote makes the Python snippet invalid if copied directly from the docs.

Validation

• git diff --check
• confirmed the updated mask_type = "full" and E.g., lines in docs/cloud_vm_setup.md

Docs-only change; no runtime tests were run.
