ci: cross-compile all 6 64-bit arches (org conformance) - #4

Extend the cross-compile smoke to amd64, arm64, riscv64, loong64, ppc64le and s390x (verified building locally, CGO=0), matching the org standard that every repo builds on all six 64-bit Go arches. Keeps the js/wasm and darwin/arm64 targets. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
