[ZRH-2027] add new event #15920

- Created location, propose, registration, sponsor, and welcome pages with relevant information. - Added main configuration file for the event with details such as dates, location, and team members. - Included sponsorship packages and guidelines for potential sponsors. - Set up call for proposals and registration timelines.

I would suspect this is a copy from 2026 and you forgot to comment these out or delete these
