Warm the spoken-punctuation pamphlet under the manual's rules

The third and last pamphlet warmth pass. All eleven files were read, and this pamphlet came out of #460 in the best shape of the three: the title page and appendix already bookend its best image ("On the page, a Phi question ends as quietly as any assertion. In the ear, its first word has already changed the room"), part 6's "a writing rule, not a moral achievement" is exactly the fitted boundary the ceiling doctrine wants, and the dictation chapter's "without treating it as a character test" carries the register. Three files change.

The additions

• The title page gains the vista the pamphlet was circling: "a Phi page can be read aloud without loss. Every question, quotation, call, and name is audible, because the work English gives to silent marks was given to words a listener can hear. The period alone stays behind on the page." This is the aspiration behind the whole dictation premise, stated once at the front. It deliberately rhymes with the arts chapter's "Phi's page is a score for the voice."
• The pauses section now ends on its point instead of trailing off: "The page records what was said and leaves the silences unspelled."

The hedge work

One trim: part 6's answer key loses "but punctuation alone settles neither relationship nor pressure," a tail in an answer key, with the file's real boundary ("not a moral achievement") untouched two sections above. Everything else counted as content: the exactness-is-not-truth line at the quotation frame, the pause rule, and the dictation chapter's limits, each fitted to its own lesson.

Audit

Full protocol. Two of my own draft tells were caught and fixed before commit: the vista's first draft used "announces itself," tripping the rationed word, and the pauses line first ended "the silences stay the speaker's own," duplicating the possessive tail already in part 6's answer key. All hard-zero rows at zero, no new Phi citations, baseline in sync. Validator: 1275 entries, 0 errors, 0 warnings.

With this, all three retrofitted pamphlets carry the manual's warmth rules, and the complementizers retrofit can apply them from the start.
