Rebuild the three-slots particle pamphlet

Summary

This PR rebuilds all thirteen files in pamphlets/three_slots/ against the closed particle inventory, current modifier-first syntax, and the present teaching voice. It removes the pamphlet's older account of particles as the whole grammar and replaces its open, corpus-dependent interaction tables with the combinations Phi actually licenses.

Grammar and teaching changes

• Present the thirty-five particles as one part of Phi grammar, alongside word order, prepositions, complementizers, and other function words.
• Define Slot 0 as the six-particle utterance frame, with no as a context-sensitive directive and only pi wa, pi no, and lu he licensed as multiple-particle forms.
• Restore the complete sentence template, including adjuncts and manner, and keep every modifier before what it modifies.
• Give Slot 1 its fixed Tense > Aspect > Voice > Evidentiality > Modality > Negation order, one choice per rank apart from se ka.
• Keep aspect separate from source, read ro as a recurring pattern rather than always, and state that ka ma denies causation while leaving the caused event open.
• Treat evidentials as claimed sources rather than grades of truth or character, and keep possibility, necessity, and their negations within their exact grammatical scope.
• Treat Slot 2 as constituent scope rather than a one-word slot, preserving the current li, ko, we, superlative, ordinal, name, and honorific orders.
• Replace the open-cell interaction tables with the complete Slot 0 inventory, cross-rank Slot 1 rules, cross-slot composition, and Slot 2 restrictions. A directive over a negated predicate is now shown directly with no ponu ma tapu.
• Rebuild the garden scene, common errors, exercises, and appendix so grammatical forms no longer certify consent, gentleness, evasion, promise, honesty, or accountability.
• Use direct base pharelo for cooking soup and lepa for rain falling. No new root, lexical question, or optional module term was needed.

Shelf and tracking

• Refresh the pamphlet README and catalogue summary.
• Record three_slots as the second of nine completed pamphlet passes in the active teaching-corpus review.
• Update the roadmap, coverage record, deferred-work ledger, and handoff package.
• Set pamphlets/spoken_punctuation/ as the next SEM-09D resume point, followed by the other six pamphlets and the current-document sweep.
• Regenerate the 250-pair phonetic-neighbour baseline because revised examples changed corpus-attestation counts without changing the neighbour inventory.

Humanizer and voice audit

The separate Humanizer pass found abstract openers and several three-part disclaimer lists. The revision now opens sections with concrete contrasts such as wa versus an unframed assertion, and folds those lists into one useful boundary. The batch scan also caught the phrase "leaves the actor unstated" repeating across four files; each occurrence now describes the particular context instead of carrying a stamped formula. The final mechanical audit found no new em or en dashes, curly quotes, banned inflation vocabulary, copula evasions, -bearing forms, or process history in the pamphlet.
