Review and retrofit manual Part VII references

Summary

• Complete the SEM-09D contextual teaching pass for all 17 files in manual/part7_reference/.
• Correct the quick grammar, sample dialogues, poem presentation, module explanations, and compound registry against current canon and the completed lexicon.
• Regenerate all five derived Part VII views and advance the roadmap, handoff, and review ledger to primer/.

Canon and teaching corrections

• Restore the productive onym ceiling to two, three, or four syllables in the quick grammar.
• Add current greeting kia to the morning exchange, potential po to the request for help, and allative kau to motion towards the addressee.
• Present Basho's close frog, jump, and sound rendering beside the deliberate creature, arrival, and voice transmutation.
• Remove stale project chronology from the text-shelf descriptions while preserving each work's declared translation or transmutation method.

Compound registry

• Remove obsolete nulae nophi; direct whemura is the established word for an ordinary dream, and no active text or lesson establishes a narrower registered sleep-story idiom.
• Retain base koma nuwera as a transparent pillow paraphrase beside optional Household komalu.
• Repair unsupported or overstated explanations around cardinal directions, colour anchors, voice timbre, animal taxonomy, frequency, pearl formation, and guest accommodation.
• Update the generator's compound introduction so registered composition, free composition, and coinage remain ordinary choices rather than a mandatory hierarchy.
• Regenerate the reference at 76 compounds and keep all four 1,275-entry lexicon views source-derived.

Module chapters and voice

• Review all eight speaker chapters without changing any module membership or adding a root.
• Define consent positively and separate it from authorization, signatures, screening, and institutional records without contract-like denial lists.
• Remove claims that vocabulary or grammar guarantees honesty, preserved history, correct interpretation, safety, audible perception, or a just result.
• Replace obsolete segment-level sound claims for phemiru and napako with their actual semantic distinctions.
• Recast repeated instructional Use ... cells and three stamped source-boundary paragraphs as direct reference prose.
• Apply the full Humanizer and Phi voice pass; the batch audit found and removed the repeated imperative-table pattern and the shared source-boundary sentence mould. New prose has no em or en dashes, curly quotes, banned -bearing forms, inflation vocabulary, compliance imperatives, or repeated five-word stamp across module files.

Project state

• Add the complete Part VII review and lexical disposition to documents/evaluation/active_teaching_corpus_review.md.
• Update coverage, deferred-question, roadmap, and handoff resume points so SEM-09D continues with primer/.
• Record that the lexicon remains at 1,275 words, 261 optional roots, and 393 module memberships.
