Make dialogs look more like M3#108

Dialog titles become left-aligned headline-small instead of a centered bold h6, the container uses the 24px M3 inset, supporting text reads on the secondary ink, and every action is a right-aligned primary text button with no leading icons. The category editor keeps Delete on the leading edge with a spacer, matching the M3 destructive action placement.

All four dialog components (note editor, category editor, dose editor, message boxes) now follow the M3 basic dialog spec:
