Changes
build-on-celo/build-with-bridge.mdx: more descriptive title ("Build with Bridge" → "Build with Bridge stablecoin orchestration APIs on Celo") and shortened the 213-charog:descriptionto 145 chars while keeping the key terms (stablecoin APIs, fiat on/off ramps, virtual accounts, wallets, card issuance).home/ramps.mdx: replaced the 28-char genericog:description("An overview of Ramps on Celo") with a 145-char description covering fiat, mobile money, and cUSD across global regions.
