You have something wrong in your settings, but this is not an issue with this API, so we won't be able to help you further, sorry.
Have a look at Binance API management, review yours keys, regenerate them and adjust your restrictions.
Do you have the correct key and secret?
Did you enable in the restrictions what you want to do?
Did you maybe restrict to a specific IP address and now you are on another one?
