The repo is now public, so the Maintenance note stating it is currently Internal and will be made public when ready is stale.

The repo is now public, but the Maintenance section still says it is
currently **Internal** while the initial set is reviewed, and will be made **public** when ready. That line is stale. This updates it to state the repo is public and reiterates the invariant that every entry points only at already-public, Anaqua-cleared resources (which the contribution rules already enforce).
No functional/registry changes; docs only.
