The detection pipeline follows this path: event graph -> compression submodule -> GNN module -> Alignment module -> CSMPI Function tree encoder submodule -> Annotated function tree
For the pipeline to function correctly, we assume that the event graphs are generated using ANACIN-X with the config: dumpi-csmpi-pluto.
