Expand 'Using this process in another codebase' into a route-chooser: - Route A: one-off file copy (existing steps, deduplicated against a new 'always per-project' list: CLAUDE.md sections, tokens, artifact dirs, lane table) - Route B: package the process as a Claude Code plugin served from this repo's own marketplace — concrete steps for plugin.json, hooks.json with CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT, a per-project lanes.json override, marketplace.json, install commands, and team auto-install via extraKnownMarketplaces - Route C: personal ~/.claude agents/commands, with the hooks caveat - Experimentation guidance: branch-per-variant, --plugin-dir trials, version-gated updates, demo app as an A/B target Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01S8JGxWJD5pBuAh8dGeNE6n
