The 0.5.2 regen added textValue/factType/contentType to the generated envelope models, but the hand-written GraphQL query documents (GetInformationBlock, ListInformationBlocks, report package) never selected them — so narrative disclosure envelopes came back with the text fields silently absent. Add the fields to all three fact selections and textValue to the rendering-row selections.

Follow-up to #140: the regen updated the generated models but the hand-written GraphQL query documents never selected the new fields, so

just test-all: 439 passed, ruff + format + basedpyright clean. Verified against the local backend: the policies note now round-trips its markdown throughlist_information_blocks.
