• Remove 7 test/repro/maintainer_gap_*.php filing scripts whose linked issues are CLOSED and now guarded by compliance PHPTs or unit tests (Regression: array_search() strict — int needle returns false not haystack index (re-#8886, ext/standard/array.c) #16316, Stdlib: stream_supports() string $feature — TypeError int required under PHP_COMPILER_PROFILE=8.4 (ext/standard/streams.c) #16329, Regression: PHP 8.4 forward-profile http/stream builtins visible to function_exists on reference harness (re-#16086, ext/standard) #16346, Regression: PHP 8.4 builtins advertised via function_exists on 8.2 reference profile (re-#16292, ext/standard) #16357, Regression: DateTime::createFromFormat() unparsed time fields — midnight not current time (ext/date/php_date.c) #16383, Stdlib: getimagesize() read failure — no Notice before false (ext/standard/image.c) #16408).
• Inline the #16383 VM check in DateTimeCreateFromFormatTest (was the only repro still referenced by a test).
