Refactor repo with ponytail cleanup

Summary

• remove dead service infrastructure and unused ViewModelFactory/DiagnosticsViewModelProvider
• remove disabled Game Boost code, stale audit/planning/reference docs, and tracked binary zips
• drop unused MemoryCache and Console logging package references
• remove repeated boilerplate headers/XML doc noise

Validation

• dotnet build ThreadPilot.csproj -c Release
• dotnet test Tests/ThreadPilot.Core.Tests/ThreadPilot.Core.Tests.csproj -c Release --no-restore
• manual smoke test passed on published build

Impact

• net -10,895 lines
• top-level package references: 9 -> 7
