Okay, I don't have a way to easily test this - but the changes ought to be simple and if I didn't mess anything up, it ought to work.
Essentially, it is introducing a password setting "3" which only updates the flash, but not the reader. If you ever replace your OpenKNX device, but not the reader, you are unable to update the flash otherwise (the other settings update the fingerprint reader and only update the flash once it accepts the password. This updates the flash directly regardless of whether there's a successful connection to the reader right now or not).
