Summary
This is an exploratory PR considering how we might install centaur into the obol stack, to give operators access to on demand, sandboxed, development environments designed to speak to slack. This PR shouldn't be merged until at least paradigmxyz/centaur#189 and paradigmxyz/centaur#370 are merged upstream, and this PR is updated to reflect them. ./plan/centaur.md contains this information for when the time comes.
