I don't grind LeetCode, though I respect those who do. It's a solid way to sharpen problem-solving when you're actually thinking through the logic, not just memorizing patterns. My approach is different: I learn best when there's a real goal behind it. Give me a reason to pick something up and I'll go deep. Without that, I'd rather spend the time building something that matters to me.
