Add Range Bar Series entry under Chart Series > Range Series

The issue requested adding a new Range Bar Series topic alongside existing range series content. Review of the repository showed the topic itself already existed, but the Range Series table-of-contents entry was missing the Range Bar link.

• Scope

  • Confirmed topics/en/datachart-category-range-bar-series.adoc exists with complete content (overview, data requirements, rendering rules, binding examples, properties, related links).
  • Added topics/en/datachart-category-range-series.adoc so the Range Series navigation includes:
    • Range Column Series
    • Range Area Series
    • Range Bar Series

• Change set

  • Added a new docs topic file to provide the missing Range Series TOC/page entry and include Range Bar Series in the range series table.

Added the Range Bar Series entry under Range Series by introducing topics/en/datachart-category-range-series.adoc with a link to datachart-category-range-bar-series.html. Addressed in commit f219259.
