The stub referenced ffedoroff/code-ranker-ci (renamed to code-ranker-com/actions). GitHub Actions does not follow repo-rename redirects for reusable-workflow uses:, so code-ranker runs failed at startup with 'workflow was not found'. This points at the canonical repo and pins the immutable v1 commit SHA.
