Removes legacy GLM 5.1 from freebuff model/session support and routes old session requests to the MiniMax fallback. Updates free-mode agent/model allowlists, premium quota handling, admission capacity, session/chat tests, and waiting-room docs to match the supported model set. Validation: bun test common/src/tests/freebuff-models.test.ts web/src/server/free-session/tests/public-api.test.ts web/src/server/free-session/tests/admission.test.ts web/src/app/api/v1/freebuff/session/tests/session.test.ts web/src/app/api/v1/chat/completions/tests/completions.test.ts (151 pass, 4 skipped).
