HTML5 Template Generator v1.0.1 (Cuttlefish)

Hotfix v1.0.1 changelog:

• Squashed a bug where Codepens included styles in their head section.
• Housekeeping for old files, no legacy gifs in the repository.
• On the first startup of the app, new users will be greeted by a modal dialog showing them a quick start guide. Returning users will not see the modal dialog, as they should be familiar with the app's interface.
  -Live version now uses minified versions of the javascript and css files. Speed should be improved.
• Added Pure.css to the libraries list.
