Refines the visual treatment of the bottom-sheet drag handle so its draggable affordance reads clearly. The pill is now slightly larger with a fully rounded radius, widens and brightens on hover/drag for feedback, and sits in a taller (>= 44px) hit area. A reduced-motion guard disables the width transition for users who prefer reduced motion.
