Win11Optimizer — это модульная, высокопроизводительная CLI-утилита для хардкорной оптимизации Windows 11. Инструмент написан на C# / .NET 8 и направлен на максимальное повышение FPS и отзывчивости системы, особенно на процессорах AMD Ryzen.

🚀 Запуск и Сборка

Требования: Windows 11 (или 10), Права Администратора.

Скачайте готовый exe файл из папки Release или соберите самостоятельно:
