How can I continue? After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews. How do review limits work?CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability. For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window. Summary
Root cause
The tool-call payload renderer is ordinary block-flow markup, so overflow-visible and the fixed estimate are not the source of the persistent overlap. Initial large rows are measured correctly. The failure occurs when an already-mounted message grows: until the asynchronous ResizeObserver delivery updates the cached row size, the next absolute row keeps its old translateY and can paint over the newly taller content. The changed row now reports its committed offsetHeight to react-virtual from a layout effect, moving successor rows before paint.
Evidence
Before the fix, the live-growth regression rendered the first row at 788px while the second row remained at translateY(88px). The initial-large-payload case already passed, which ruled out content escaping normal flow. Both cases pass after the targeted synchronous resize.
