[Enhancement]: 希望修改一下阅读模式中关于下一话的设置

在选择连续（从上到下）时，个人感觉每次下一话的拖动判定距离有点过长了（至少在我设备上要从底部滑动到屏幕中部，比较刻意了），希望能自定义或者修改一下逻辑。
画廊模式在最后一个图片的时候继续滑动就可以进下一话，和话内翻页感受一致，阅读上不会明显的停滞。
希望连续模式下可以像画廊模式一样无感，或者调整一下判定的长度，或者改成最后一页连续两次滑动后下一话？
