YOLOv5 train.py only accepts a single --imgsz value, so --img 640 512 is not supported directly; please use python train.py --img 640 --rect ... for rectangular training, and if you need every batch forced to exactly 640 x 512 you’ll need to customize the dataloader/letterbox step in train.py args or follow the YOLOv5 training docs.
