how to initialize a git remote repository

i have a project folder on my local computer. I want to:

• initialize a repository

• use git init to initialize a local repository
• initialize a new repository from github.com/ without readme.md and git ignore

• add this repository to my tutorialberkay organization account on github.com

• use git remote add you must add a remote to use remote actions like push fetch pull
  

• syncronizing all branchs
