Quickly changing text size

I like changing text size to help distinguish headings from body text and it's frustrating when I rapidly tap the + button to make the size bigger and as soon as stop it goes up by 1 size

I have to slowly tap the button just to get it bigger. I would love if it went up everytime I pressed the button not just when I stop.

Also I would love if i could manually input a size. If I'm trying to go from size 12 to size 40 it's annoying having to slowly press the button the whole time
