Hi, while installing via pkgx

╰─ $ pkgx install git
pkgx: installed: ~/.local/bin/git
pkgx: installed: ~/.local/bin/git-cvsserver
pkgx: installed: ~/.local/bin/git-receive-pack
pkgx: installed: ~/.local/bin/git-shell
pkgx: installed: ~/.local/bin/git-upload-archive
pkgx: installed: ~/.local/bin/git-upload-pack
pkgx: installed: ~/.local/bin/scalar

It installs the git package to ~/.local/bin/

But while installing via pkgm

Can I pass the installation path as - ~/.local/bin/ in pkgm ?

pkgm installs everything to a specific prefix, so that would require it to install all the other files in ~/.local too. We can make the prefix configurable, for sure, but it is not typical to install entire pieces of software to ~/.local so that would be up to you.

Open a ticket at pkgm!

If you want the same behavior as pkgx^1 for installs we made a mash script called stub. I haven't documented that. Will have to get to that. pkgx mash pkgx/stub I don't think it has help. But the script itself is viewable at the mash repo.
