[FEATURE] Align the icons shown in weekly forecast in rows when gusts are shown

ISSUE:
Show in picture here you can see that the icons are not aligned in the weekly forcaste view if wind gusts are shown. That makes it hard to read the data available. Also counts for all other icons like rain etc.

EXPECTED:
all the same icons are aligned in one row beneath each other. If no wind gusts are shown, simply a b lank space is there.

@drp4positive it has always been a question of mine of whether i should align left/right/center
as for using blank space, i tried that but i dont like it. It looks ugly. You can change the order of data though to always have "optional" data like wind gust on the right.
i might add a setting to choose alignment
