Changing widget update frequency displays nonsense values

Changing the update frequency to any value displays absurdly small values for the period. I'm not sure that the period is what it says it is, but I removed the widget just in case

I'm facing the exact problem and this is the value I get after changing the update frequency to 30 minutes. The only way I can update the forecast is by manually updating (which is very shotty and doesn't seem to work all the time) or force stopping the app and reloading the widget that way.
