[BUG] Prism Launcher instance launcher does not use cgroups when set in noctalia settings  #95

Bug description

when using noctlaia setting "Launch apps as systemd Services", prism insances do not launch as different instances, instead as part of the noctalia service.

Steps to reproduce

launch a instance using /pl
observe systemctl status --user noctalia

Expected behavior

it follows the noctalia setting for cgroups

Actual behavior

minecraft is launched as part of noictalia's CGroup
