Reduntant code present in plugindevelopment.md

Since the code is present in examples/hello-world of some files, I feel like it is unnecessary to write the same code in readme of plugindevelopment.md. It is better to reference the code from the files present in the codebase.

If this is worthy to be worked upon, I will add it as a good-first-issue for new contributors to pick.
